Thank you for your help gymrat. I have to say this is a little frustrating but I do understand how this can happen. I'm just trying to help out my wife and enjoy a cool site while I'm at it. I really do like the site so I hope I can contribute and at some point & not be blocked by the spam bot.

    Hi Gymrat!

I'm not too sure if you remember me but you helped me out a bunch with my skin and I am so greatful! I just wanted to update you and I took your advice Now all the acne that I had is gone! Sure. some of it left hyper-pigmented spots but thats nothing that a little AHA cream can't fix. :) Thank you so much!!!

    Hi Gymrat,

I'm so sorry for my late reply. I did try to reply to your message regarding your hair loss recipe (or rather, your recipe to prevent hair loss) in private, but it didn't work, so my aplologies for this non-private post.
I can't thank you enough for getting in contact with me. I was so touched by your kindness and willingness to share. I feel really lucky to have stumbled across people like you guys who are so knowledgeable and generous with what you know.
I will collect my ingredients and give this recipe a go this week. I'm pretty excited to try it, though I do understand that these things take time. And I'll make sure to let you know how I go with it.
Thank you again. I wish you the happiest of weekends :)

    Kind regards,

    abryan

    Hi Gymrat,

Firefox over on the EDS forums told me about you. I was on roaccutane about 4 years ago for my spots but was unaware that roaccutane lowers the tolerance to UV rays and only realised after about a week of having a red face that I was repeatedly getting sunburnt! Then the other day I went to see a dermatologist for a Visia Skin Analysis and it turned out that I do have extensive sun damage. I am only 24 so it is not visible yet but the UV photography showed my face was covered in black spots :(

I am now wondering what I can use to try and reverse some of the sun damage. The EDS users have suggested the light sim and topical c and the dermatologist is recommending ipl.

Having been on roaccutane yourself I was wondering what you thought would be the best thing? Also do you think retina a and or the obagi nu derm system would be beneficial considering roaccutane has left my skin in a somewhat fragile state? Thanks :)

Hi, I have a question. I read a post you made a year ago where you said, you do pumpkin peels monthly for maintenance to keep your skin clear post TCA peel. Does the pumpkin peel/mask actually works for maintenance and keeping your skin clear post TCA peel? if so do you buy your pumpkin peel/mask from MUAC? A few years ago, I did a couple TCA peels and it cleared me up nicely, but unfortunately days later my skin problems returned. Before I order and start my TCA peels, I need a good regimen that involves peels to help maintain my results. Can you help me or give me some advice? Thank You!

Sunscreen is in. I really like the feel of it and the non-oily appearance it leaves. Been busy with work so haven't been able to get outside and test it a lot but that should change this weekend. I'll be able to test it out more then but so far so good. Thanks again.
