You can but I don't really think it'll do much for that area....U need Pure Vit C Serum and Vit K Serum....these work better Lunabrown

Based on reviews milk protein. Carotine gel cream you to be the rave years ago but now you're lucky if you even get a glow lol.

The regim should lighten but I wouldn't use both soaps , you can alternate the soaps weekly so 1 week 2x fnw aha then week 2, kojic 2x ect... ...
