Hi guys! I would love to do a thread on how to get a tone like this. Does anyone know if it’s possible? Also is this pale or high yellow. Also I’m into getting a natural body this way too. I feel like I’m half way there. I have been using waist trainers in the past which when I bought the right ones helped massively. Just need to tone up. I would love tips and advice on skin and everything beauty. This is my goal. Just a thread where we can help one another. Weight skin etc. I feel like the better we feel outside the better for ourselves internally (mentally).

I paid £150 for my waist trainer and I swear I went from a 28” to a solid 24” but then I got eating again lol so I’m trying to get to 23” and I’ll be set good! I can’t remember where I bought it from but my friends selling hers on depop (silverxx) if you’d like the same. It was from America. And what would a yellow tone look like?
I’m also finding it hard to do home workouts during this lockdown. But I’m trying. Do you take ACV in the mornings? That helped me a huge amount

From the information I’ve collected on this forum. When look for a pale undertone you would need to go the natural route so products with Arbutin, niacinamide , Kojic acid , glutathione etc the natural can take long but with patience you can get that. Products which have these ingredients you can find them at Mitchell brand on their site or you can go on houseofbeauty and purchase there Mitchell brands from there. Also what some others do is they use a Hydroquinone (HQ) lotion or cream and mix it with a natural serum to get the perfect tone. Maybe you should upload a picture of yourself or arms or something and others may chime in. Also remember to exfoliate 3-6weeks before starting your lightening journey

im still a work in process.
