    Sunscreen prevents the skin from tanning. Sunscreen is a product designed to protect skin from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet radiation (UVR). These products contain a physical blockers which protects the skin from UVB (UVR which can cause sunburn) and UVA (UVR which damages the skin with more long-term effects, such as premature skin aging). Even though its effectiveness does depend on the amount of physical blocker in the product, they typically have a SPF (sun protection factor) of 30+. The best quality sunscreen will have 6% or more zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide.


    First we will make use of the Niacinamide powder.

    1st:
    Put 2 tablespoone of Niacinamide in your face wash.
    Citrus-C Facial Cleanser formerly Face & Body Wash with Vitamin C
    (FOR NORMAL SKIN)
    OR
    Alba Organics Facial Wash Coconut Milk ( FOR SENSITIVE SKIN)
    and 1/2 tablespoon in Moisturizer Oil-Free Vitamin C Rejuvenating Face Moisturizer
    Citrus-C Facial Cleanser works better but if you have sensitive skin use the organic face wash to prevent irritation.

    2nd: Shake the bottle of facewash for a minute.

    3rd: Put 1 tablespoon of Niacinamide to every 4 oz of lotion. Shake VERY WELL. (For better results dissolve in equal parts of water. Niacinamide is soluble in water. After that pour in lotion and SHAKE WELL)


    NOW WHAT WE HAVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR....

    Morning:

    1st. Wash face with face wash.

    Neutrogena Age Shield Face SPF 110 Sunblock Lotion? lol don't buy into those high spf rating nonsense. 3% avobenzone? get something with high content of zinc oxide of titanium dioxide instead. it's safer and covers a broader range
