    if you take a tablespoon of baking soda first it helps
    only problem is it sometimes makes you feel bloated

    Most grocery stores should carry it. Look in the section with regular vinegar. That's where I found mine. I used it for awhile when I lived in Louisiana. You do get used to the taste after awhile.

    I noticed more energy but nothing with my weight. Has anyone here used it regularly and noticed a change in their weight?

    I might give this a shot one day.

    I don't see how it could affect your weight though since it's your caloric intake (surplus and deficit) that will determine your weight, not a tablespoon full of this stuff.

    It will, but you have to snort it. It burns like heck, and there are better methods that are less painful I think.

    NO silly goose! you dont snort it! you boil it in some water and breathe the vapors. it clears out your nasal passages.
