Since there are so many people speaking of hair loss with Alpha Lipoic Acid -
I will be tossing mine in the trash.

    Hair loss ain't worth it.

What dosage were you taking? Try taking it every other day instead of daily & supplement with biotin to combat the hairloss.

    I take biotin already.

I only took ALA once a day and the dosage is 500 or less.

Potential hair loss ain’t worth it, so I don’t even wanna take it at all.

I’ll just continue my current supplements aside from the ALA.

Yes, if I’m going the internal route I may as well diversify my lightening regimen.

I’m also on a hair growth journey and MSM helps with that.

I heard it can grow breast size too but that could be just a myth.

Either way it’ll be a beneficial supplement in more than one way.

It is a cheaper supplement than vitamin C and glutathione as far as doses per day.

[QUOTE=Donaey;1664689]Why did you stop the S acetyl gluthathione and do the IM instead ? Isn’t it more expensive that way ?

At this moment, i'm doing L-Glutathione shots but i was doing acetyl glutathione for 5 months before switching to the injections. Seems like the 2 products work differently because i darkened a little bit after switching. I'm at week 5 of the glutathione IM right now and intend to do it for 6-8 months.
For the maintenance, i heard different versions. Some say it's twice a month, other that it's only once a month. I will see by myself when i get there what will work for me.
Are you close to your goal shade?

This clinic in my city is offering 5g gluta and 5g vitamin c for 229 per treatment...y’all think it’s worth it?
they say they price match but it has to be the same dosage. No other clinic in the city is offering cheaper for that price :/

Is that 229 dollars ? Am not sure if 5g is too much and the rest of it will be wasted
How often are you planning to get it
