Mid 30's. Never smoked, gave up alcohol about a year ago. Have been trying to add more veggies/fruits in my diet. I have been taking the following supplements for the past few months and wanted to get feedback from you guys. Already noticed a difference in my skin/hair but want to see is there anything else I need to add.
Omega-3 Fish Oil - 1200 mg
Vitamin E - 1000 I.U.
Cod liver oil (530 mg) with vitamin A (1250 IU) and D3 130 IU)
Vitamin D3 - 2000 I.U.
Biotin - 5000 mcg
Vitamin B-12 (1000 mcg)
Vitamin C - 2000 mg
I am also considering getting Niacin since the other thread mentioned it helps with anxiety/depression.
