Is it just the normal oral ones that you use as suppository?

The last time I ordered GPO was almost 3 years ago know I want to order again for my dark spots and bacne. I checked ebay like I used to for the 2 reputable sellers luckyjames and bbjames but their prices got so eyewatering expensive for almost 50 bucks including shipping since I live in germany. Where did you guys order your GPO?
Check for seller beautymagnet on ebay. I've never used GPO but member Hipvalley does often. Great detailed thread if you haven't read it, its worth reading! @acnefree

No significant lightening tbh. More evening out of the skin tone.
glutathione takes a looooooooooooooooooooooong time to lighten.

I was using jarrows 2000mg with 4000mg of vit c
    @shallalah

what do you mean by normal hun? I make my own at home.
I melt coconut oil and open up my pills and mix like 18 pills and freeze them.
Ive bought a suppository metal mould.

Ive been so busy I havent even been able to make suppositories for about 4 days now or use any.
    These exams are killing me.
Ive gotta start making a new batch and using more when these exams are over.

If you're looking to lighten. Id recommend injections.
Its actually the best method. Oral will barely do anything other than even your skin tone and
I cant say much about suppositories, I havent been using them for that long.

YOu can pm me and I can give you an update in like 3 or so months.

If you want the closest method to IV, Its nebulizing glutathione.
apparently it gets into the bloodstream automatically.

the machine really isnt expensive, you can purchase it online.
open the pill mix with distilled water and baking soda (to reduce the acidity)
and you should see results faaast.

Im planning on doing it aside from the suppositories cause this shits taking forEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How long were you on this regimen and did you take S-acetyl glutathione?

Hey hun. If you type nebulizer on google you can see plenty of it.
Should give you an idea as to what you're looking for.
From the reviews Ive read and research Ive done, you should try and invest
in some of the high end nebulizers as they do the job much faster.

What you'd really wanna look for when purchasing one is the speed of medication delivery.
If its speed is low, you're going to have to be sitting there for 30 minutes to an hour inhaling all that shit.
The high end ones get the job done within a couple of minutes and work better.

Ive posted some links to videos. check them out, they're very helpful.

you may find the second one more informative.

    Hey!

I was on oral glut for about 15 months now and I've been on suppositories for about 4 weeks.
I haven't used acetyl & I havent heard much about it to be honest.

    you can definitely nebulize S-acetyl.
You can basically put anything in the machine with distilled water and inhale it for automatic absorption
But I think Ive heard acetyl isnt good long term, but you can correct me If im wrong.

glut does lighten, this shit just takes a long time. lol

make sure you check out the links Ive posted on the post above.
