How to Dilute 70% Glycolic Acid

I want to make a GA lotion as well as doing peels on my knees. Do I just put water in there or?

Yeah, Skncare. You just add water to the acid but i believe it is better to use distilled water

If your making a peel you would need to use distilled water only, do not use any other kind of water, it must be distilled always! To make a GA lotion you would use a base lotion to mix with the GA. You need to be sure the lotion you choose doesn't contain carbomer, so do read the ingredient listing.

You would use GA the same way you would use LA, here is a thread that explains loads of information please read through it.
