Update: how can I achieve this skin tone?

I just learned Victoria Justice is a NC30 (C3) and not NC35(C4). How do I know this? Well because she wears the cle de peau beauty concelear in shade ocher. I found this her match using the findation foundation matcher. I am currently a NC47/50 (C7).

You would probably have to use a mild steroid to go from your current shade to her skin tone. I think she might be a Fitz Patrick I or II which is mostly Euro skin tones.

I don’t advocate use of steroid but if you want fast results, this is what works.

I do not have much experience or knowledge using steroids though but there’s many previous threads on them that you can read up on for knowledge.

Keep in mind though, it is probably best to post in the lightening question thread though as bumping old posts usually doesn’t get your question answered.

I didn't know she was that light I thought she was a IV. I used to be a V as as child, but now I am the VI skin type.

A quick web search yields she has English Irish and German descent...

    that would make her Caucasian...

I just figured it was based on skin tone.My mother is half white and half black. She is NC42 and never vets sunburns. My dad is black. We identify as a black family though. What is my skin type of it's about both skin tone and ethic background? Also, I used to get sunburns growing up as NC43. My father is naturally NW58 as he grew up on a farm. I spend a lot of time in the sun. Now I'm trying to avoid it.

It's normal to get darker at first sometimes with products especially if it's only been a week or 2. It's probably the body's initial response.
Secondly you should take pics in the same lighting, the first pic looks way brighter/overexposed than the second.

I'm a shade medium dark/dark in the photo and that translates to NC43.

    You're not an NC43 yet.

I wear the shade NC45 and your skin is darker than mine.
I'm not sure what shade you are but the lightest you are is probably NC50
