All I can think of is mosturise heavily with Shea butter to increase healing , once healed maybe slowly introduce a low dose of lactic acid lotion to run on your hands to help slightly lighten it out . But before any anything your skin needs to health completely also try rose hip oil mixed with shes butter
In your case u might need extra other item such as layer fair and white aha lotion on top, then wait 10 minutes wear non-fabric gloves. Do this 5 days in the week, put sunscreen on hands in the mornings. Always moisturise, wear gloves when washing dishes.
Second option do same thing but with piment doux serum wait 5 minutes then layer dodo tub cream.
@marijo Bless you! What caused this? tell me exactly what you were using and for how long, if you need to send it in a PM feel free too.
My gut is telling me you need LA peel. But first please provide more info on what you were using. Have faith, we are here to help you  @TRIUMPH@loolah you guys remember Mamsie.........this reminds me SO much of her.

She did have a happy ending......but it goes to show everyone that there is light at the end of the tunnel. She came to us desperate and heart broken, and we worked together to get her back on track.....we have a great group here who truly do care  Threads like that are so worth reading through!

I googled it, not a lotta reviews.
Please toss that & any of her other products you've got.
Moisturise with shea butter & coconut oil, incorporate weekly mild Lactic acid (LA) peels & stay out of the sun.
Where are you so we can recommend where to buy LA?
@Nanaya: you stressed using the original...why don't you point me in the direction of said original for starters. Some links or reputable sites would be nice.
@2toned I don't buy mine online. I buy it in a store by me. The original piment doux, has piment engraved on the side of the bottle, (after taking the plastic wrap off the bottle, u will see what am taking about.) And the doux engraved on the bottom of the bottle. The fake one some have grace dou engraved on the bottle, that's what u can use to tell the difference.
O darling I have to help you couldn't scroll past. Did you use lactic acid and piment doux same time same day?
Please don't overexfoliate, don't use two exfoliators same day. Use moisturising lotion, aloe vera gel, cetaphil, shea butter. Then layer piment doux first then dodo jar cream, do for 5 days straight at night. In morning apply cetaphil lotion then sunscreen. Don't take hot showers. Wear gloves when cleaning, washing dishes. After 5 days, take 2 days off and just use cetaphil lotion, shea butter, vitamin e oil. See progress. If you can wear latex gloves when going to bed after using these products.
You are welcome to dm me, let's help you to heal your hands quick and safe.
