The nationwide giveaway starts Tuesday as part of a lawsuit settlement claiming stores planned to fix prices. None of the companies admitted wrongdoing but agreed to giveaway certain cosmetics including Estee Lauder and L'oreal brands for as long as supplies last or until January 26th to settle claims.

Here's a list of stores participating in the settlement: Bergdorf Goodman, Bergner's, Bloomingdale's, Boston Store, Carson Pirie Scott, Gottschalks, Herberger's, Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Parisian, Saks Fifth Avenue and Younkers.

Consumers who bought the products between May 1994 and July 2003 will be eligible for one free product. You don't need a receipt, but will have to sign a form stating you made the purchase. The products are first-come, first serve.

Anyone who has used products from these companies going to get their
