I am 61 years of age,I have been a smoker, and I have sunbathed a lot,so my skin is very prone to dryness and wrinkles. But I have found a few good things to help my appearance.Firstly, I slap on plenty of Aloe Vera gel to moisturise and help rebuild damaged skin cells.Secondly,I practice Yoga and meditation to give a joyful glow to the skin.(this hides a lot of wrinkles!)Thirdly,I regularly apply Renova Retin A to remove the appearance of wrinkles. Retinols are one of the few compounds that can 'get under the skin'and plump up aging flesh. So try this combination-it might work for you!

I think that is a good choice of what to use for your skin, I would consider adding another good moisturizer besides aloe since that is a water based product and an oil based moisturizer may actually work a lot better.

Tray,

You've touched on an important fact.

I do not smoke and I don't need a tan, as i sport a permanent tan that came at birth ;-), that said, I've been practising meditation for 2 years now and I cannot imagine my life without it. As for Aloes Vera is one of the top anti-aging secrets of many Latina beauties. I've been using it for many years....actually since my very early 20s and it's amazing....simply amazing.

That's a good skin regimen but I applaud you for quiting. Try not to go back to chemical based product and continue what u are using but maybe u might want to add products that rich in Hyaluronic Acid, COllagen and Bluberry as an antioxidant. Use a sublingual.dietary supplement that can helo u from the inside so it will reflect on the outside as well. I recommend using a Collagen Prozyme Sublingual and HA Tonic Plus. You will love the efffect of it in your skin.
