Thanks for the post very iformative but i have to say yeah taking supplements are good but however you should only really take these on a three wake basis then give your body a break because unfortunatly your body gets used to these tablets and they may not do a lot after a while! Everything should be done in monderation in my opinion!
Just think taking these things after so long your body ends up rejecting a lot of it after a while, but everyone is different up to you really!
