All the eyeliners I tried leave little clumps behind. Anyone know of a good one that doesnt do this?

have you tried liquid? try maybelline's liquid.
MAC has a creame eyeliner that's great. I like their cake eyeliners, but it's getting more difficult to find. You can sleep in the cake eyeliner and it stays in place, (yes I heard it, and tried it) it made me a MAC fan. Their cream stays in place all day. I've had friends that rave about their pencils too.
ive never heard of eyeliner clumping.... mascara yes, but eyeliner? hm. i love lancome black eyeliner, i have rimmel i think right now and it works very nicely, very smooth.
liquid eyeliners are the best for good coverage.

yea my experience w/ liquids, they don't clump only the pencil but not liquid. The liquid might run into my eye and burn, but it wont clump!

but i dont think liquid ever looks natural. in fact, i cant stand liquid and i have no idea why everyone thinks it looks so good!
it looks natural enough when I wear it. I don't do huge thick lines on my eyes. Plus I have one with a very fine pencil so the line is barely noticeable. I try not to go overboard with it.
Never heard of eyeliner clumping. Have you ever tried Macs Fluidlines? It is a gel form, takes some practice, but once you get the hang of it, you can make it look more natural or more intense depending on the application.

Mac Fluidline is a gel formula....and with practice and application, you can make it look natural or intense. Have you ever tried it?
nope. I'll be sure too though!
Let me know how you hate me, when you love it...he he he (meaning....when people meantion another product or makeup and a person falls in love with it....you know, like thanks alot, now I HAVE to have this and blah blah blah) - ok I talk too much.

No really though, you may not like it at first, you have to apply it with a brush...but once you get the hang of it...it doesn't MOVE at all and stays put all day long. And yep, you can make it look natural or intense depending on application.
Thanks everyone for the help. I dont konw why my eyeliner leaves the clumps. I always thought it was normal. I guess i really need to switch.

What are you currently using (brand and name)?

i totally want to try that!! stays put all day? for SURE!?
Sweep a damp eyeliner brush through some powder eye shadow and use that to line your eyes with. Stays on great!
MAC Fluidlines are great! And have definite stay power! Stilla smudgepots aren't bad either, but I like MAC more.
I use intense color (to play up the green) from Almay and for fun I use a purple pencil I got at Sally's. both work fine for me. I don't put on a lot, just a little splash of color to make my eyes pop

my issue is with eyeshadow. I have very oily eyelids (gross I know). my main problems are creasing and burning. the oil from my eyelids will get into my eyes and cause major burning. it gets so bad sometimes, I have to go a day or two without eye makeup. it really kinda blows
