Iâ€2122ve had eczema on my arms since I can remember. I have tried a lot of things but they either made me sick, drowsy or they were just a waste of time and money. Then I discovered this miraculous goat milk soap from a farm in England and got some to try I found out about it through my aunt she said people who know of the soap swear by it, it clears up eczema within a week of usage. Within a week my arms have completely cleared up. Iâ€2122m totally stoked! Now Iâ€2122m not worried about what my arms look like when I wear a dress or singlets. Thanks so much for something thatâ€2122s natural and works!! other users believe it's the type of goats rared on the farm they say Goat's milk contains proteins, amino acids and Vitamin A to nourish the skin lactic acid which helps to exfoliate, cleanse and soften the skin.Goat's milk has a pH level that is close to our own skin's pH, making it very gentle on even the most sensitive skin types..anyway just wanted to share my luck..this soap will rid you of your eczema worries trust me.

Hi Cocoa Shack, thanks for the tip. You are lucky not to have it on your face! My boyfriend has it on is face. This last 6 months he has stopped eating anything with sugar, and his skin has improved a lot. I will mention him about the goat milk soap!
Glad to help..he'll definately notice the difference in the goat milk soap brand i'm recommending!
I also read about the refined sugar causing eczema to start up. Its worth a shot to cut down on it and see if that works. Also using fragrance free detergent and soaps and products.
Sugar is definately a culprit in my long & sordid battle with E!

I also use phosphate-free laundry detergent & double or triple rinse my sheets & towels.

I see goat's milk soap sold along with other bar soaps at Shoppers Drug Mart - although I do not know the brand name. It is inexpensive from what I do recall.
boost your Immune system by taking anti-oxidants, and you will see that you will never have eczema breakout again. Low immune system triggers eczema, that's all it is. It's all about prevention.
Or during breakout, use oatmeal based cream to apply on the affected areas.
I get my goats milk soap from the UK threre's a buzz about abrand called cocoa shack and there soaps are known to be very healing and help keep your skin super smooth and blemish free aswell..I'm also inlove with their coconut shell candels! visit cocoa-shack.co.uk

Hi,
I'm new to this forum network, but I came across this discussion about eczema and was trying to look for some answers.
The thing is I've had eczema since I was around 5 years old and now I'm 16 and its only getting slightly better. I've used tons of creams from steroid creams to the usual emollients all of which was prescribed to me by my doctor - and none of them seem to be making the difference that I would like. It has gotten better, but I still have dark areas of uneven skin tone on my elbows, shoulder and on my legs and I don't know what to do. And the worse thing is that I have a prom in little than a month and I'm actually really conscious because I haven't worn a dress or any type of clothing that shows off my legs or my arms.
.
I've never heard about the goats milk soap but it sounds pretty good and I'm willing to try everything and anything to help me feel comfortable with myself.
But I was curious, are there any more suggestions and does goats milk soap work on different skin colours?

Hey Jareeza70,
You mentioned that people with eczema should usually boost their immune system.
But I was wandering how would I know if my immune system isn't as strong?
Are there any signs? symptoms?
Biochemic tissue salts:
Combination D may be helpful in easing the irritation and distress of an acute flare-ups of eczema. Take four tablets three times daily until symptoms improve, tailing off the dosage accordingly. Alternatively the tablets may be made into a paste and applied to affected areas of skin: crush ten or twelve tablets to a powder (use a rolling pin) and mix to a paste with a little boiled, cooled water.

Try hyaluronic serum! It works almost instantaneously for my eczema. It's the only thing that actually gets rids of it. Apricot moisturizer is good but nothing compared to hyaluronic serum. You can find it for less then 20 bucks on ebay. I hope this helps!
