Welcome to the International Anti-Aging Show in Toronto! April 3-4-5, 2009.

I'm game if anyone else is! It wouldn't be any fun alone and DH and my sister are never interested in my favorite things: beauty contraptions and potions, among others.

This is so typical! When I moved here and had to give folks at home my change of address, it was hysterical!

I had to explain, on the phone, long-distance, to banks, schools, and so on - that the place is called "Toronto, Ontario" which is in "Canada". I had to say, like "Los Angeles, California" which is in the "US".

To this day, six years later, I still get mail addressed to me in "Ontario, Canada". How it gets to me I'll never know.

About those dates - I don't know. My schedule for the next few months is bad. We'll see later.

That should be fun, Fawnie! Always something new on those shows! What is the date for Vegas? I wish I could go, but I'm already taking a week off in March, and until i have extra $, I will stick to my yoga to stay young LOL

No Fawnie, I have never been, but it's been around few years and I heard about it, and also saw ads on TV and by checking the list, you probably need more than 3 days to visit.

This is the first I've heard of it. I hope it isn't just a cheezy advertising gimmick but that it actually is a trade show for presenting new products and sharing info and such. I've been to some nursing trade shows and found them informative.

If y'all poop out on me I will have to recruit my sister, and she won't be happy about it....

So which one are you attending? Toronto (Mississauga) Or Vegas, I saw it was May 30-31 for Vegas. it will give you more time to find a group who will join you!

So --- you want to sign up for the Botox demo --- what if they do only half your face...........................

Fawnie - if you and George get busy you might have a batch of cat spit serum ready in time. You can get a table and give samples. Of course, that means you'll have to bring George along with you to Toronto!

Well, I have to take the little adventures as they come -- I think I'll go to the pyschic fair this weekend. And the International Flower Show is coming up! Wow -- I even had a trip to the health store today.

Yep, George would just love to sit at a table all day and get kissed, wouldn't he! Better have the paramedics handy for any problems though....

Mari, what is a Psychic Fair??? Fortune tellers and such, or are there really any Honest-to-Goodness clairvoyants?

Well, I have to tell you fawnie I never thought I'd ever go to one of these supposedly weird "fairs". A few year's ago a woman I worked with went to this Psychic Fair and all she could talk about for the next 6 months was the reader she had.

The next year I said, "what the heck I haven't got anything else to do today" so I went and let me tell you I was shaking for the next 6 months. There was one reader who was recommended and how he could zero into a complicated mess that only I had the details -- I'll never know. So if the weather is all right, I'll be off for more laughs tomorrow.
