I am 40 and my long hair is thinning. Yikes! Have anyone heard of Regenerex for hair restoration? Or do you know of a good treatment option? There is so much info out there! Thx!

Rachel you can try Thin to Thick. Or google Zinc Shampoos and see what you find. I went to a dermatologist who said to use any kind of shampoo with Zinc in it.

Also, I used this product and had great results. It didn't stop my shedding or thinning, but it does help with re growth.
