Aveeno products are pretty good and they are available almost anywhere. THe price is very reasonable. You can see their products on www.aveeno.com
but do they work fast enough? and do u have 2 continue usage? i used palmers lightening cream. personally it worked 4 me. i did get lighter. but i end up using stuff for a while then i'll stop. i stayed the same lighter color until i went out in the sun like an idiot w/ out sunblock for a while.
silly me! now i have 2 start all over!

I just felt like posting here so I could say that i have posted in every forum hehehe
Neutrogena products, in my opinion, are some of the best/most reliable
You could try Clearasil's Ultra products. They actually work!

i once read that neutrogena can cause pore buildup from long term usage. i never found out if that was true because i quickly switched to clean and clear. i LOVE clean and clear by the way. oh and i tried clearasil like 5 years ago and it didnt work at all for me. :/
I switch up a lot too. Clean & Clear works for a while when I first get it then it like stops working! I meant the new Clearasil (Ultra) the one that promises to clear skin up in 3 days, not the old one. Neutrogena works sort of... Noxema though, whew! It left my face oily and did nothing for my acne.
What kind of products are you looking for? Acne fighting, anti aging, moisturizers??
oh so the clearasil ultra works in 3 days? whats the main ingredient?

It says Salicyclic acid. I still switch up though. common habit.
how much salicylic acid is in it? ive read that unless theres more than 10% it cannot be effective!
Only 2%! You're freaking joking right! Looks like I'll be going to the store buying a new face wash! -sigh-
actually im not but i was really surprised when i read that because they dont sell any salicylic acid products in the drugstore for more than 2% because that would be illegal! i guess you have to see a derm for a higher concentration. OH i remember where i read it, it was this book by Dr. Denese! its a really good book. let me see if i can find the title!
Just remember you get what you pay for. Your face has to last you a whole lifetime, so you might want to invest in some good products.

What products do you recommend for acne prone skin?

$o you want Cheap? The first two can also be used from head to toe.

I recommend the following: CLEANSE with BabyMagic Lavender&Chamomile baby wash; MOISTURIZE with any baby lotion from their line. Purchase a REFRESH/TONE/ASTRINGENT product of your choice and as needed. If you're troubled by breakouts, dot on clearasil cream as needed..

Lavender: Lavender's cool, mellow, peaceful fragrance has traditionally been used for its balancing effects and soothing properties. It contains antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal compounds. Lavender is good for all skin types, even sensitive skin, and can be used undiluted topically. For external use only. READ MORE on the herbal ingredients: Skin & Hair Products.
Try Dove the sensitive facial bar....alot swear by that too.
