It is an ingredient that is supposed to help firm the skin. Another one would be DMAE. But also you have to realize that skin creams will only help a little bit. If you are needing a big difference, then surgery is the only option.

Shea butter with DMAE is excellent for the neck and chest area. You can find it on e-bay. Try to find pure shea butter and DMAE bitartrate. It feels great and you'll notice results soon.

Aloette has a neck cream which is quite nice.....also Arbonne has copper peptides in several of their products.

Just my 2 cents.

Ive read that dmae amine and NOT bitartrite is the one that is fully absorbable by the skin.

I use Rite Aid Extra Strength Vitamin E cream with 20,000 IU on my neck and chest with noticeable improvement after about a month of use. The cost is about five dollars. I think this cream is one of the best kept secrets out there.
