I was standing in front of the mirror I noticed this black dot. I thought it was a spec of dirt at first. I squeezed it and some little round thing came out looked like a little poppy seed. Looked clear and in the center of it was a little black dot. Now I have this black spot in my chest. Does anyone have any idea on what it can be?

I've seen that before... I'd say that was some kind of blackhead. You know, your chest's sebaceous glands tend to be less active than those on your face; if something clogged that pore, it produced a sebum accumulation, but with such a weak activity the sebum was dried and solified. So the black dot in the "seed" may have been the obstructer of the pore, or just oxidized sebum; the clear part was certainly dry sebum. I guess the black dot in your chest is just a residue that will disappear in a short time. If not, just tell us how it has evolved, so we can find a solution for you.
