Try putting Mederma scar cream on it. You can get it from walgreens.

Hi, I am new to this forum and a good forum it is.

I have a male friend named Robert who the other day showed me his skin just above his bottom, he has got brown marks blended with a hint of red (think the term is fireside).
He said he use to place an hot water bottle on his back to keep him warm during the night.
I do not think he will be doing that again but I was wonderwing will this brown/redish marks will vanish in time or is there a product out there that can speed the heal process.
