cause if you have not read my first here im 30 have just started using is clinical youth serum now i did not think this would work with my complexion as since iv had my fringe i have develped spots here but these are clearing up after nearly 4 weeks using this product nicely but however this is not a cheap product
I would also recommend if your skin is not hydrated well to sort this out first, im not best with oily skin but someone like mari or pumi may be better at helping you with getting good products for oily skin
Thanks, NY. where did u buy this serum? What other improvements have you noticed? Does it contail retinol?

what is the IS clinical suppose to do? sorry for asking so many questions. I have not heard of this product before.
Also if you want to start with ret product the green cream takes 1 to 3 months to get here so if you dont want to wait know that loreal have new product call revitalift with ret in it! Olay does one and skin doctors i would recommend contacting these stores direct and finding out how much ret they have in these products!

However my tip is use one product at a time on your face so you can check these are working on your skin before putting too much on your face at once

Also on the hydrating post there is the info you need to make up your vit c serum which is good for skin too!

Also i dont know if you ever tried my masks i recommend but i would also suggest buying some carrier oils like what pumi uses

Mushi look firstly the more stressed you get about your skin the more it will stress your face out and make lines wrinkles depen, its good your starting anti aging now some people leave it till very late to start!

However with the is clincal youth serum no no retinol but does have anti aging ingrendients, think though it is more to firm the skin but seems to be evening out my complexion too! However if you go to iS CLINICAL by INNOVATIVE SKINCARE it will tell you more about theire products! Fawnie knows more than i do about there stuff though!

The vit c serum will really help though so def that one ordered so you can make it up to and start using straight away!
No green cream you cant get it here! Mushi though to save you going shopping you can get all info you need off the net! Do though look at skin doctors too! Do you know the website addresses for reviews on all the creams too or do you need them
Hope all this helps you though! Also i know mirecka and mari use frownies that you can buy in Uk to help you stop frowning if you are a frowner that is!

No probs mushi also clay masks with couple drops of tea tree oil are great too! Most important thing about anti aging is keeping skin hydrated at all times!
Hi Mushi,

Unfortunately, I can't recommend a good retinol product as I am looking for one myself but go for a mild retinol product to start with so you can build up tolerance gradually. After this, you can chose a stronger product. Have a look in Boots. L'oreal, roc, skin doctors and many others do have retinol in some of their anti-aging products.

If you have oily skin like me, I would advise you to try the oil cleansing method. You can get more info on this method on google. Another suggestion would be to make your own ACV toner (50% cider vinegar and 50% distilled water). This toner has a drying effect and will help reduce oiliness.
Guys firstly the Oil cleansing method you should join there forum first see if they even reply to your post they did not with me so i gave up on this idea! Just a thought though for you both!

Also you are both not 30 yet I would concentrate on face excersises and firming up your face as this will soften when you get to 30!

I would go and call a few companys up see what they recommend and as far as there retinol products are concerned and go from there or otherwise if brent cross is your local boots store the girls there are always really helpful and see what they recommend!

Also once you have lines you may not get rid of them there are no promises out there all you can is protect your skin from further damage and see what happens!
remember too stress and what you eat etc is really why we age your inside has to be as good as your outside! So to Speak
Good luck with it!
NY, I have tried the oil cleansing method a couple of times now. I think it's incredibly easy and worthwhile. It takes off all make-up and oil residue. Also, leaves your skin supple and glowing. You should try it. The only thing is to look for an oil that suits your skin type thats all.

I've printed off some of the exercises Fawnie recommended for neck and cheeks. But I am confused as to how long to practise per day and also should I do them for the rest of my life??
Thanks

Where can I buy facial exercises dvds or books in the UK?
Cheers.
do a google search yeah facial excersises should be done everyday but however really if you want to do them properly you need the dvds so that way your excersising all the different muscles in your mouth properly and massage is really important too! Fawnie knows more about this than me though!
