As far as celebrities? Idk I’d say it’s still under 50% imo. I just wish someone would come out and reveal the secret on how they get all over lightening so evenly. Like with proof, as in a doctor is verifying the procedures or injections or whatever it may be. Cmon it’s been YEARS already!

Everyone is bleaching:- the Braxton ( Toni and Tamar) Nicki, Riri, most African and South American celebrities. The lighter you are the more roles and contracts you get. Even Philippines, Korean, Chinese,Indian are bleaching

celebs barely reveal their simple beauty secrets , the more extreme ones (plastic surgery) even less even if it's super obvious they will still lie through their teeth
bleaching is extremely controversial and seen as completely "immoral" so there is no way we are getting any celeb to reveal any time soon
they would get a lot of flack specially from the black community judgment side-eyes
so again there is no way

alot of celebs have been lightening up for years too. So now that we have more products and techniques its much easier to achieve light skin.
It still takes tiiiiime though
I know celebs from the 70s that bleached in that era ,with the “harshest” stuff back in the days, imagine using all those toxins for beauty back then🥲 we have evolved its much easier to do now.

@lightboy you ain't never getting them to tell you specifics. They may admit to bleaching, but will not tell you how. I remember when Sammy Sosa admitted he was bleaching, he never gave details, other than it was a bleaching cream he applied at night.

Before I started lightening up my skin, No guys talked to me at work. But now that my skin is lighter and brighter and I have lost a few pounds, they are always asking me if I want to join them for drinks or something. It’s sad to think this way but being light skin gives you more privileges

@brownies19 @gymrat Wow y’all are crushing my dreams! 🤣😂 Although I have noticed in some of the advertising for IV vitamin treatments, when they offer glutathione they call it a skin lightening/brightening drip. A lot of places wouldn’t do that so I consider that a step in the right direction.
