V, I didn't have any marsala, but I had some leftover prosecco & added it to the chicken with some mushrooms and cream sauce, added some tarragon and garlic and parsley, a bit of sea salt and baked it @400F for 2 hours (covered) and then @350F another 45min uncovered. bone ape-tit!!!


What recipe did you use for your Chicken Marsala? Care to share??!

Thank you V!!!! yes! absolutely cook meat thoroughly! I baked mine for nearly 3 hours!!! Delicioso!!! Wild/white rice with it was stupendous!! And asparagus. Strawberries with balsamic vinegar and raw sugar for dessert.
You had a great idea!

hey guys..

good to see you are still talking on the subject of food, and giving cooking tips.. i realise it's far away from the lotions and potions for our skin complexion, but then again maybe not? however any stuff you are interested to share on the recipie front.. please feel open to share .. always looking for new ideas .. especially for cooking Italian or Indian meals

OK, here's one blaze:

Tuna linguini.
Take a small tuna steak (I get the ones in the pouch already cooked) and sear it in olive or coconut oil with garlic, cracked pepper and oregano briefly. Break the tuna steak into smaller pieces. Add some lemon juice and stir to blend. Cook 1/2 lb linguini (or pasta of choice) and drain. Toss with tuna/oil mixture and grate Parmesan or any hard Italian cheese over it. Makes 2 servings. Or one large one!
Easy-peasy!
