If so, how was it? Was it good? And is it hard to prepare?

V, I didn't have any marsala, but I had some leftover prosecco & added it to the chicken with some mushrooms and cream sauce, added some tarragon and garlic and parsley, a bit of sea salt and baked it @400F for 2 hours (covered) and then @350F another 45min uncovered. bone ape-tit!!!

What recipe did you use for your Chicken Marsala? Care to share??!

Fawnie, here is the recipe that I used. It is absolutely delicious!!!!

Chicken Marsala - Allrecipes

However, I would recommend cooking for about five minutes more than what is stated in the recipe. It's always a good idea to FULLY cook meat.

Thank you V!!!! yes! absolutely cook meat thoroughly! I baked mine for nearly 3 hours!!! Delicioso!!! Wild/white rice with it was stupendous!! And asparagus. Strawberries with balsamic vinegar and raw sugar for dessert.
You had a great idea!

haiji, I think that you're thinking of chicken massala (bka as chicken tikka massala). that's an indian dish.

But chicken marsala is an Italian dish.

OK, here's one blaze:

Tuna linguini.
Take a small tuna steak (I get the ones in the pouch already cooked) and sear it in olive or coconut oil with garlic, cracked pepper and oregano briefly. Break the tuna steak into smaller pieces. Add some lemon juice and stir to blend. Cook 1/2 lb linguini (or pasta of choice) and drain. Toss with tuna/oil mixture and grate Parmesan or any hard Italian cheese over it. Makes 2 servings. Or one large one!
Easy-peasy!
