Hi everyone
im new to this forum
and i have a lot of skin problems, i need help !!
ther is particularly bad scarring underneath my eye and it got that way because i rubbed it too much now its darkened heavily and also sags a little it makes me very self concious, i also have various dents in my skin from chicken pox scarring and i have acne scarring,
are all these treatable and how effect would they be?

Well, first of all, you're certainly very nice-looking! But it's just too hard to diagnose and treat over the internet...have you consulted anyone in person?
What have you tried so far? Do any of your blood relatives have a problem like it?

Maybe it's not showing up in the photos but I don't see anything that looks serious and requires surgery. Maybe you could explain what the real problem is and why you think such a drastic response is necessary.

You don't need surgery. With your back, you can treat that with anti-acne bodywash and having your girlfriend scrub your back with an aggressive loufah, or you can do it yourself with a long one. That will help exfoliate the skin and remove the tarnished skin cells, some thing goes for your arms.

As for your face, the dimpled areas can actually be injected and raised. You'd have to see your dermatologist about that. For the dark areas use vitamin K gel.

You have to realize that surgery is very aggressive and the results aren't always better than what you began with, and there's always a possiblity that things will go wrong.
