In the 9 months I have been here I have never strayed to this section. It's a bit scareh

I don't know if it's possible to tell me and it doesn't matter if not I was just curious.

I cycle everyday (mostly :p) for about usually anything between 8 and 12 miles in one of the highest gears my bike has.

It would take me about 20 minutes per 3 miles on average.

How many calories am I burning here?

And other than the obvious of increasing the time I'm out is there anything I can do to burn more calories?

1) Only about 30 calories since you ate a jelly donut before you went cycling

2) Wear lead ankle weights and put Crowley in the front basket.

Next question?

I cycle 10 km a day and often wonder the same thing.
I know the answer STOP eating, but consider doing nothing and the weight just piles on.

Yeah, I love it it's awesome. It's broken now though already
It slipped out of gear which such a new bike shouldn't do and it got stuck and bent one of the cogs so it's all clicky and stupid so I'm taking it to be fixed within the next couple of days.

Yeah my toe's more or less okay now. It hurts if someone (or some dog) stands on it or if I knock it but it's fine to walk on now.
