My GF uses the Clear Clinical Eye Defence Cream...morning and night everyday. She is actually from a family with genetically deep set eye sockets so although this isn't the end all, we are happy with the results thus far.

Not exactly pertaining to tint, but handy info nonetheless.

Question: I spend most of my time caring for my newborn baby, and needless to say, I no longer get a good night?s sleep. I?ve been trying to hide the dark circles around my eyes with my foundation, but I?m looking for a different solution. Any ideas?

A (Dr. Lisa Kellett): If you?re like most new moms, you?re not getting your full beauty sleep, and it shows. The stress that accompanies a lack of shut-eye causes the blood vessels under your eyes ? where skin is most delicate ? to dilate, resulting in those dark circles.

When outdoors, protect that facial real estate with a pair of mod oversized sunglasses a la Jackie O. And to reduce swelling around the eyes, dermatologist Dr. Lisa Kellett recommends limiting salt intake and using a cold compress first thing in the morning. Finally, drink lots of H2O. Not only does water keep our skin glowing, it also prevents fatigue by increasing blood flow.
