for the last four years on and off i have been getting contact dermatitis. i have no idea why. i dont really change the products i use for the simple reason that i never know what will plauge my sensitive skin. the first time i had the rash on my face it was pretty bad. my face was puffy, itchy , and covered it tiny little bumps. now when it reoccurs it isn't as bad. i doesn't itch but the little bumps are so irritating to see. it completely changes the texture of my facial skin. it anyone can give me any insight to my problem i am open to suggestion. thanks.
