I saw a nutritionist and I went on a pure vegetarian diet for a month and that made a drastic difference. However it's hard for me to get used to that lifestyle and as soon as I turned back to eating "normally" i started getting flare ups.
I think hot showers is one of the catalysts for me and at the same time a temporary way of soothing when I get irritations.
i was given a cream from a dermatologist and it works great for areas but overall i can never be 100%. It really sucks.
I believe stress is a major cause as well. I get flare ups if I'm overly stressed.
