Hi everyone,

I'm new here ... hope I'm on the right forum ... and need to find examples of disclaimers for natural homemade skincare products. Am having trouble finding any at the moment! Limited puter skills ...

Can someone point me in the right direction? I'm about to launch some products through party-plan and am at that yucky stage of organising copyright etc.

Thanks!

Disclaimers don't do much legally. Someone can still sue you if something happens to their skin. Best thing to do is get some business insurance to protect yourself. Also incorporate your business so that someone can not take your assets (home, car, etc) in a lawsuit. I would recommend talking with a an attorney before opening shop. good luck!

Thanks for the advice Susan! Will definitely get insurance. So far the creams have had a remarkable effect on me and my friends and other willing humans, and I'm preparing a water-tight blurb of info ...

Have a great day ...
