If you are vegan then would you be against using honey in skin care products or easting it.. hmm just came up in my mind and I started wondering, because I saw before skin care which claimed to be 100% vegan and had honey in it..
I dont like meat so dont eat but however i have always wondered how vegans get a good amount of things like OMEGA 3 if they dont eat fish etc! Personally i could not do this think its hard enough having a nice varied diet without eating meat, and just being a veggie, never mind a vegan!
I'm not vegan but a strict vegy. However most of my friends are vegan and non would consume honey as it's from bees, which obvs is an animal or insect.
Vegans do not use any animal products whats so ever. Whether its leather, feathers, wool from sheep etc
Sorry i missed abit.
Omega 3, you can get this from various foods, nuts, pulses etc. I have vegan and vegy supplements incl Omega 3. It may not be as good as the 'real' thing however i feel it works for me esp my conscience. The supplements are all man made and do not contain any aminmal products.
