The Mexican Red cross had used this creme to treat burn victims.
I don't exactly how it is made, but it comes from tree bark.

I know who makes it. Productos Arambula in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. I hope it helps. I know is good for burned skin but know nothing about effects on eczema or other skin problems. good luck!

It says it's an antimicrobial with cellular regenerator properties, so ...maybe!
