I've had this red rash on my face for over a year now. It started on the forehead and cheekbones but has spread. I've gone to numerous dermatologist telling me it's rosacea or dermatitis. I've tried metronidazole, elidel, and cortisone cream. Still no relief please help.

Well they both are different.......rosacea can have pustules and generally is on your forehead, nose and chin. Dermatitis is itchy red, irritated, caused by soaps, lotions, sweat, etc. Its normally around the eyes, nose, mouth and cheeks. But I would stick with a good dermatologist they would be the best to treat the issue, regardless of what it is. Also, be sure your changing your pillow case every other day or so.....this will make a big difference!! Also the products you use make a difference.
