I am a 22 years old male.

My problem is that my skin is too oily and becomes dull & oily just after an hour or two. Thats why I have to wash my face quite frequently each day.

Currently I am not using any kind of skincare and use soap to wash my face. I wash my face at least 10-12 times a day.

When I remain at home my skin looks good for 2-3 hours. But when I am outside my skin becomes oily & dull in just an hour.

Please help me out of this problem

You are causing your skin's oiliness yourself. The fact that you wash your face 10 times dries you skin. Your skin then needs to overcompensate and starts to produce more oil. You need to stop washing your face this much. Just wash twice a day. If you still have oiliness blot it off with a towel. Don't use soap since that will also dry your skin out. Use a proper face wash.

It sounds like you might also be heavily influenced by daily stress (i.e. traveling, work, school, communicating). The fact that you said your skin is fine at home (where you are probably more relaxed) made me think of this. Oil glands can be stimulated by stressors big and small.

Along with Freddy's recommendation (yeah man 10-12x a day is harsh for your skin!), I recommend finding something to ease stress when your out, like listening to some music of your choice during a break, or finding somewhere to take a 15 minute walk or even a nap. This will settle your nervous system, therefore settling your oil glands.

Some people respond worse to those conditions to other though. I know I used to be like that. I would just step outside in the summer and I'd start to sweat and get oily skin. Now it's not like that anymore.

Yes maybe its because of stress and pollution out there. Here in Pakistan there is a lot of car pollution.

I'd recommend the oil cleansing method, which you can make yourself. Using soap on your face is a no-no. The OCM will help balance out the oils and bring your pH back into balance.

Washing you face with soap makes the skin's glands produce more oil. Use a mild cleanser. My sister has oily face and she is happy with the aubrey organics oily line. I have not used it though, I have dry skin.

Do this once or twice a week:
-Clean your face with mild cleanser
-Exfoliate (you can try the aspirin mask for this)
-Apply a green clay mask for twenty minutes (clay powder + water + some lemon drops or tea tree drops).
- Tone your skin
- Use a light moisturizer.
