I have a friend with missing eyelashes, she burned them off accidentally by heating her eyelash curler with her blow dryer, applying it to her eye, and having to yell at one of her kids in the middle. She had eyelash extensions done, which worked fine until she couldn't afford them anymore, not looking so good now. She told me that there are eye drops for pink eye and glaucoma that make eyelashes grow, I don't know off hand what the names are. I found the following resources though:

eyelash implants:

Latisse:

Hi Chelsie

I am currently using a brow and lash serum with KGF and have been for 3weeks or so. I have seen very slight progress but I think you need to use it for much longer than that to achieve optimum results. The serum contains actives known to help promote hair growth, both in men and women. People have used this with great results. Not sure if this will work but worth a try!

I've had great results with SD Lash on my eyelashes - even chemotherapy people see results. You have to go to a doctor to get Latisse, in case that matters.

I'm new so I can't post links, but they sell it at many salons...just search on the web.
