Are you getting rest... of course not, what a question!
Are you eating right? ... of course not... what was I thinking?
Are you washing and caring for your skin... of course not... I know better.

I have five wonderful children... that have kept me from "myself" at different times in my life.

Check out your health first... but realize that if you are drained, your face is going to look drained. Vitiamins, minerals, fresh food, fresh air, lots and lots of water... I mean: YOU GOT TO MAKE A HUGE EFFORT TO DRINK PURE WATER ALL DAY!!! These will help your skin and your energy and health...

But remember... they are only young once and your shine will come back if it's rest related. God bless you!

Some easy things you can do in the interim are:

  1. Use a product with a skin lightening ingredient in it (like Paula's Choice skin lightener with the BHA ingredient in it).
  2. If you are going to do # 1, you have to use a sunscreen daily, otherwise don't waste your money & effort doing #1. (It has to be a truly stable/effective sunscreen, like cetaphil SPF 15 or keihl's vital sun SPF 15, or something with TiO2 and/or ZnO - the higher the %, the better).
  3. Stay out of the sun, particularly during peak sun hours (10 AM to 3 AM).

Reflect Outdoor Balm

Why
We all love the outdoors – nothing makes us feel more alive than having fun in the elements. Whether it be pounding through the salty surf, shooshing down powdery ski runs, or just throwing a ball with the kids in the park; if you’re out in the sunshine, you need to protect your skin.
How
Apply generously to skin surfaces exposed to sunlight 20 minutes before exposure. Reapply every two hours. Store below 30oC / 86oF
