How are the fair and flawless products?
answer: they work

Is the skin soho line better then the old stuff?
NO. more or less its the same stuff packaged differently. look at the ingredients list to compare.

Can it lighten the skin 3-4 shades?
maybe. depends on your regimine, skin type and thickness.

Is it permanent?
NO, nothing is. you can maintain with peels, sunscreen and vitamin c (dont continue taking the arbutin or stepiwhite products). but once you stop and you go outside in the sun your skin will be photosensitive and will try to aggressivly reapply pigment. so you will have to wear sunscreen, maybe, avoid the sun, carry around a UV protective umbrella and wear UV protective clothing. it will probably be alot more work to maintain then it is to achieve skin lightening.

here is one question you didnt ask. can stuff go wrong with products containing arbutin?
YES, this stuff is extracted and is considered the "natural" form or HQ. its less harsh but it can cause simular side effects like skin darkening. many people on skin lighening forums have make this remark. but the problem is not that the HQ or arbutin its actually the reaction your skin gives to light. if your skin's defense is being compromized then your body will try its best to counteract it. you want to be light but you are safer from the sun when you are dark. also your skin is probably going to be a bit thin from the peels (which also aggreivate photosensivtity as well as help boost the lightening power of skin lighteners) so with all that going against your body the easiest thing for it to do is make more pigment which can sometimes take your to a darker shade then when you were originally. im trying to research some ways to reduce photosensitivity and increase skin thickness which will protect against skin damage from the sun and can reduce the bad side effect of skin lightening. so stay tuned.

Why stop using it? Will it continue to lighten or something?

main reason why i say stop is because stuff like HQ and arbutin are not ment to be used forever and who knows what the long term effects are (externally and internally). HQ probably wont continue to lighten but you want to stop using it as soon as possible and find a way to main the results without it.
I'm definitely thinking of buying fair and flawless. The price isn't too bad, it works, and it doesn't seem too irritating.
I agree with HONEB, I would wanna be using be HQ and other stuff for life. Who knows what it could really be doing to your skin?
Hydroquinone shouldnt be used for more than 3 months. If you use it too long and then stop, your skin can turn really dark and blue.

NOT cool at all! So then what to use?

I am against HQ. It was one of the first skin lightening creams I used and after I stopped using it, my skin got REALLY dark.. much much darker than it was originally. If you are dark skinned I would stay away from it. I think it might be okay to use for light skinned people.
I agree. My skin is still recuperating from HQ because HQ really irritated it.
you all are making me not want to use it anymore! maybe i shouldn't if the end results are that bad!
If I combine Fair & Flawless with Makari Night Cream will the results be worse or better?
Don't buy from Fair and Flawless. They have so BAD customer service. They jacked up on my order, wouldn't give me the right product, expect me to PAY for shipping to ship them the wrong product back (when they were wrong), and now I'm stuck with the WRONG PRODUCTS after paying $150.00 for their bullshit products. Customer Service told me to "SUCK IT UP!!!!!!!!!", Shut up, she started talking about her mom having cancer (I do't know why, maybe she had issues). I don't want anyone to go through what I went through so I'm NEVER GOING TO BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.
ok your post is getting boring now...we get the message you do not have to put it in every thread. how do you expect anyone to take you seriously if you blatantly look like a competitor? the sutble approach works!
