I have been a customer of fairandflawless skincare for the past two years and i am totally satisfied with their products and services thus far. I'm absolutely in love with the semi- custom facial lightening parfait and white tea lightening gelee. However, i do agree that there were times when i called and couldn't speak to anyone (early this year). I later realized that the company was going through a transition, and they had alot of clients to deal with and it might be difficult to answer hundreds of calls/respond to messages. This unfortunately can create alot of biases as to the legitimacy of the company, which in fact is real, cos i have been to the show room located here in NY. In fairness to the company, I think people need to educate themselves about skin and skincare products. Most of the information you need are available online/company's website, and I think it is absolutely ridiculous and unfair to just defame a company based on an unfavorable experience . I'm acknowledging everyone's perpective, however i do think sometimes people can be very rude and inconsiderate, which inturn could provoke any normal human being. I am not justifying any deeds cos i know people tend to exaggerate especially when they don't get their way. One thing people have to realize is that you have to approach people with respect to get respect. if it means alot to you to resolve a problem, you have to be diplomatic. From my experience, I think the reps are quite professional. These companies don't owe anyone anything. Matter of fact, they are doing you a favor with respect to your skin issues by making these fine products readily accessible to you. So far, there hasn't been any company specializing in effective non-hydroquinone skincare products. So, give credit to whom credit is due! Also, skin lightening business is a very competitive industry, so don't get too wrapped up in unnecessary vulgar opinions. Let the results speak for itself. If your skin means alot to you, do your research/homework and then invest accordingly!
