My thought exactly -- I would go for something more uplifting such as those special designer panties that crank your bottom up to where it was intended.

I saw them on Amazon and I saw a fanny facial on TV about 3 weeks ago. The show is called "Doctors" this is on CTV or CBS at 10:00 am every morning
This show has 4 Doctors and every day they have different topics and they answer questions from the viewers, very informative show. I don't go for a facial, certainly will not for my tushy!
