I really love Evanescence - thanks Freddy for attaching the links -that was fun

My work-out music choices can be somewhat uncharacteristic of what I'm normally into too.
YouTube - Bell Biv DeVoe - Poison (1990)
\tMassive Attack - Protection
\tYouTube - Feist - "I Feel It All" OFFICIAL Music Video
ANDRE 3000 - BEHOLD A LADY
Clark Gable Postal Service Music Video

My other favorite groups for working out are Sa-Ra Creative Partners and Floetry -Oh I can't make my links work ...How do I do that???

Gotta be loud and drummy! When I do body pump honestly its the music that keeps me going, some of it a bit agressive like in Rocky with S Stalone. Mind over matter is greatly helped for me by upbeat, hard heartbeat like rythm, voluntary rythms

I like to listen to anything upbeat. Most of the workouts I do are to music (dance). I am on a hip hop dance team, I think that dance is an excellent way to get in shape. Stretching before and after helps a lot, as well as the cardio you can get depending on how strongly you work out.

I like really hard rock music or rock-rap. My ipod has a lot of Rage Against The Machine, Disturbed, Guns N Roses. Well that and latin pop. Lots of Jennifer lopez, Ricky Martin, Enrique Iglesias. If my ipod dies during my run I lose all my motivation and energy. I think the music transports me somewhere else so it makes the hour go by painlessly(mostly).

I will have to listen to that Cold play, Nicole, it must be relaxing? I have a tendency for Salsa, I used to hate it, Especially when you go to Cuba, it is all what you will hear, but i said: if you can't beat them join them, I learned how to dance salsa and now it's been 6 years and love it! yep I'm a salsa queen hihihi

Wild and fun! but the only hic, it's there are 20 women for 5 men, so you don't get to dance often. So smart men learn how to salsa. What is fun about Salsa, you can travel anywhere and you are sure you will find a place where they dance it.
