until this weekend i have been using nivea Q10 PLUS but i realize it does not help coz it has little or no moisturizers . I have now bought Olay regenerist and it feels better on my skin, it does not have any retinol in the ingredients though
Q10 is a recommended skin care ingredient, but there may not be enough in the product. I've used Olay regenerist and I hear the serum is very good. I would add Vit C to your daily regime -- that is an ingredient that does work. Also exfoliate at least once a week. Good luck.

Salome I hope Olay works for you but it may not help too much with fine lines think there are better products out there if you can look for something with better ret percentage, things like matrix peptides are also meant to help and antioxidnet creams like the clinique one i think is great for leaving skin soft not sure how it helps with fine lines some people say it does! Tri Atinline line filler is meant to be great but not sure if this is permenant, also if you have Oily skin roc is meant to be good too, Hope things work for you though!
