Hello everyone!

I was reading some of the topics that were posted here and decided to join. It seems to me that it would be fun and also can get some questions answered also.

What do you think about the facial exersices. Have anyone tried it ? I've read Fawny's thread about it and became interested. So, which is better:FlexEffect or Ageless if you dare? the author of the " Ageless if you dare" book is a Deb's student who created FlexEffect
thanks!

Hi Cosmo

I actually have both programs and combine them.
Ageless gives quicker results but is not as comprehensive as FE apparently. Ageless is more manageable for most ppl since the exercise routine takes only about 15 min/day v. 40min for FE.
But, as I say, you can customize your routine once you start seeing results and get a feel for how your body responds and what areas you need to concentrate on/avoid.

FE has its own website you can browse.
Ageless does not have one but she posts at Essential Day Spa Skin Care decleor dermalogica obagi and has several threads there. She is quite nice and helpful to us all.

There are videos and DVDs and books to help too.

Please feel free to ask questions!

fawnie (another question for you) I just looked up Ageless on the Essential Day site and ==== is the red light from their gizmo the same as the LED in Baby Quasar?

Not sure what you mean, hon. Which red light are you looking at?

On the web site in your post, I looked up Ageless and saw "Ageless Beauty Marvel Mini Red" == now that's a name for you. Maybe that wasn't the Ageless you were referring to?

Oh! I see it! Sorry, we are talking about different things!! My bad, I should have posted this:Ageless if you Dare - Loulou's Facial Exercises as the thread about "Ageless If You Dare", which is the name of the exercise program.

I see the red light you are talking about. It is "sort of" the same as the BabyQ but doesn't go far enough. If you are going to spend $225 for a rinky dink device you might as well spend $450 for the real thing. I don't think the little Ageless Beauty device has enough bulbs to make it worth your while. It says you have to use it for 24 min twice a day. I'd become pretty disinterested with that. The BabyQ I just use for 45 min once a week. Granted, at first I had to use it 3 times a week. I'd look into further for you if you are interested.

Oi, there are so many products called Ageless. I feel the cosmetic companies want to turn us into clones.
I know what you mean! But who would you like to be a clone of??
Me: Johnny Depp....he's just so beautiful!!
