Garlic is good for roses too. It has side effects -- use too much of it and it will keep people away from you. Frankly I get ill and hives even if I eat a tiny bit. Whatever works for you -- go for it.just read that garlic helps with acne!!... eating them and/or rubbing it gently on the skin. . . or taking garlic pills. . . helps with scars too.

Hmm.. sounds good rose! I must admit I do put a lot garlic in my foods when I cook but it doesn't really help with my acne scars or spots. But as far as acne, garlic will supply the skin with Vitamin C & B6. It can also reduce inflammation.
