So what's the truth: Does Glutathione have an effect when ingested or not? So many sources say it's useless to take it since the body doesn't absorb it. So what's going on?
I'll try to answer your question:
Glutathione is an amino acid that is easily destroyed in the digestive system.
In the next step, the liver takes the third of the glutathione.
Now, is that glutathione taken orally gives effects? Maybe you should ask why the glutathione capsules/pills work.

I definitely don't think that what she uses is in that cream. I also don't think this is the work of gluta alone, she prolly dabbled in mono. She looks almost depigmented (considering how dark she was before).

Has anyone tried Lipoic Acid or Glutamine as well? Apparently they raise Glutathione levels. If anyone has or is using Glutathione, Glutamine or Lipoic Acid can you please tell me how much you take to see results.

There are six days, I took my first cocktail.
I was a little bit scared because just before it, I read an article about the side effects of gluthatione in high dose.
Then I took a cocktail with 5000mg of L-Glutathione.
It’s too early to notice anything, but It seems like I almost no longer have pimples.
My skin is smooth (It’s always smooth).
I’ll take my second shoot tomorrow. I think that I’ll go directly to the 15000mg of L-Glutathione.

I still take.them now cos of the way I feel when I use them health wise. Yes I lightened a bit nothing drastic maybe cos I wasn't constant. It makes you feel very smooth and peels hard parts of your skin too. Yes it does that. But glutathione takes away your warm undertone giving you a cool undertone.with pinkish hands. That's the first thing you'll notice. The pink hands. As for the injectables,it's.the way to go if you want whiter skin. My sis is so fair now and even. She's been using it for let's say 3 years not really sure. Glutathione just gives you another type of glow. When I see ladies on the street or somewhere I can just tell its.glutathione they use. The glow is different. I used beauoxi white glutathione from magic potion. Com and I use now foods glutathione now. My sis has used loads to different injections but from magic potions website cos they are cheaper and ships.faster. And yes with vitamin c.

Awww thanks a bunch. The problem is there really any place for that in London. Except you have a friend that's a nurse or someone that knows someone that's a nurse. Lol. My sister is just lucky her husband is a doctor. Maybe you should start off With the pills and lots of vitamin c. I wish you the very best in your marriage. :)

@ BodyLikeMilk thanks dearie, you are ever so kind. Its just the pills would take a life time to work as opposed to the glutathione injections and the deal is i have invested in purchasing and it would be a shame to waste money. if anyone can link me up with a nurse please?

London is the size of a small country so I think if you you look really hard you'll find someone somewhere to help you. An idea might be looking into Filipino communities in London since this method seems to be at the height of popularity in the Phillipines. So an idea might be to look at UK Filipino forums? Otherwise there's various health and beauty clinics that should be willing to help if you explain to them what it is. Maybe they'll look at you funny at first but if it gets the job done... I think ideally I'd recommend finding an East Asian beauty clinic where real East Asians work because they won't bat an eyelid when you ask them to inject Glutathione into you since they've probably seen it in their own country. I would probably only go to a British doctor/nurse as a last resort because I think British culture is very cold and institutional, and they may not be that willing to help and will probably try and discourage you. Based on my research Glutathione injection is really a common thing, lots of people even do it themselves, so you don't need to find a super-specialist, just someone who knows how to work an IV injection.
