guy needs some help!

Hi... Recently, I have removed hair from my chest by using a sugaring product (Moom4Men), for the 3rd time. The hair has started to grow back and there is a lot of redness and bumps. I do not see many ingrown hairs though, so I do not think that is the problem. I have been applying cream (Bactroban) 2 or 3 times a day since the hair removal to try and avoid Folliculitis, but it does not seem to be doing anything. Is there anything I can do or do I just need to let the hair grow back and skin heal itself?

If I need to exfoliate, what products and cleansers should I get?

Thanks!

I would leave the area alone for some time. Using harsh exfoliating products may cause the skin to become more irritated and red.
Apply some home remedies like cucumber paste and something cool. Avoid over the counter topical treatments as they may cause more redness and swelling.
In seriousness, it sounds like you may have had an allergic reaction to the product, visit your GP, who can assess what the condition of the skin is, advise you on ingredients in products to rectify the allergy or even prescribe something that will clear the redness up in a short time.
