hi my name is Gino, i have been a hair dresser for over 20 years, i have a bed hand dermatites and i have been tested that i am allergic to ppd which is a chemical used in hair dyes, i am going to avoid hair dyes as much i can and wear gloves, does any one know any good product or cream, or any solution for this annoyng problem?

You should try to stop using detergent based products that can come into contact with your hands. They will only help make to problem worse.

No don't touch vaseline it is petroleum based and should never be used on skin.
