Has anyone ever heard of Japanese skin light spas?

They have these top secret Japanese spas that you go in and you can get scrubbed down from head to toe. That sounds amazing but i would be very uncomfortable with anyone seeing my bare nakedness so freely.

I was thinking on recreating this at home. Scrubbing myself 😂

Any advice?
