if u have please tell me. i am using scar fx silicone sheets but i want something that works better. im very interested to purchase elastoplast scar reducer patches but i don't know if they actually work well.
Ive used them the do work they heal the wound very quickly, i have found it can get abit itchy though, when you take them off the wound it is kinda white looking and raised just leave it no picking at it etc and then use a bio or derma oil.
I have started to use them 3 weeks ago. I have this annoying scar on my chest left from a surgery. It has been 16 months now and the scar is still red and a bit raised. I change the patch every 12 hours. So far it seems to be working a little [it is flatter] but when I take off the patch, the scar raises back again and would become red.
I have a feeling that the patch only temporarily reduce the scar.
But they say it takes 8 weeks to see some lasting result, so hopefully this will work out.
