hi, pls. suggest me to get a very healthy skin and get rid of rough skin, how to remove blemishes on my face

Good diet , sun protection, moisturize, in winter have a humidifier, get lots of sleep, at least 8 hours a night. An most of all, never smoke.
A pumice stone, exfolliant, followed by moisturizer done regularly will get rid of rough skin.

2. Avoid the sun and tanning beds. The damage done by ultraviolet rays is long lasting and cannot be reversed.

For one thing, you got to drink alot of water and get good sleep. My boyfriend has what's called Adult Acne and it's the worst kind you can get!
